    Sanshine Screen Type Ladder Grid Machine is a special water treatment equipment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove sundries of various shapes in fluids. It can be widely used in urban sewage treatment and the tap water industry. Meanwhile, it can also serve as a front-stage screening equipment in the wastewater treatment processes of industries such as textile and food processing. This equipment is one of the special solid-liquid separation equipment independently developed by our company on the basis of introducing advanced foreign products

     

    Product Principle

    The equipment rack is mounted with motor reducing gear, chain wheel,and chained drive mechanism consisted of chains. The chains are equipped with ladders in the direction of up and down which consist of several in-dependent ladder elements. Mesh holes are equipped in the above and side surface of the ladder element. This kind of ladder has already take the place of the moving and fixed rails of traditional stepped grille remover which has completely solved the problem that the traditional moving tails and fixed tails are easily blocked by the rubbish. And its chained drive mechanism has simple structure and efficient operability.

     

    Product Features

    1. The separation accuracy of stepped mesh is up to 2mm.
    2. Underwater is a self-lubricating bearing with low maintenance rate.
    3. The stainless steel mesh plate with multiple folding edges has good strength and long service life, and does not need to replace filter parts frequently.
    4. Adjustable cleaning brush, especially suitable for the place with large quantity of fiber waste.
    5. Through the operation of efficient cleaning brush device, most rubbish is brushed into the conveyor. And the automatic rinse equipment can rinse and the mesh surface, clean up the mesh.
    6. Front and back sealing mechanism, rear cover directly connect with the inlet of conveyor, good appearance and surrounding environment.
    7. The automatic control can be realized by timing and the difference of liquid level.
