    Sanshine Scraper and Concentrator by Peripheral Transmission is mainly used for tank of initial sediment and secondary sediment in large sewage disposal plant (generally with water rate more than 600m3/h and diameter of tank more than 20m), sediment (generally with density less than 1.5 and almost without lumps) is scraped in the bottom. Floss scraper is usually on the top of it, that is to say it can scrape floss. Central water feed, peripheral water discharge, central sediment discharge.

     

    Product Features

    1. Overpower protection is realized by hinge scrape arm, operating cost is reduced effectively.
    2. Truss is used as a working bridge, it is light in weight and good in rigidity, and the length of the bridge can be determined based on the process requirement.
    3. Roller wheel is set in the bottom of helix scrape board to avoid block efficiently.

     

    Product Principle

    The drive unit propels the working bridge to rotate along the tank plane, which in turn drives the scraper arm to rotate. The scraper blades fixed to the scraper arm gradually scrape the sludge from the tank edge to the sludge collection hopper in the center of the tank. The scraper blades have a logarithmic spiral curve, ensuring even force distribution and thorough scraping. When encountering obstacles at the tank bottom, the scraper automatically retracts, protecting the machine from damage. The drive unit can be equipped with a torque protection device for enhanced safety.
