    The structure of central transmission is generally used to scrape sediment of all kinds of round sink whose diameter is less than 18m( water rate less than 600T/h in a single sink). Central water feed and mud discharge, peripheral water discharge.
    It is mainly used in municipal sewage and similar sewage (for example: petroleum chemical industry or papermaking industry).
    Bridge structure: less than 10m diameter of tank should be adopted to structural steel beam, more than 10m diameter of tank should be adopted to trussed beam.

    Product Features

    1.The reducer can be directly connected, and the slewing bearing structure can be used for large torque (generally greater than 1000N·m), which has stable transmission, convenient and safe torque adjustment.
    2.The angle of rake arm can accommodate different slops (i=1:10), manual rake risking is also obtainable.
    3.The function can also be extended, for example, torque control indicator and electrical rake risking mechanism can also be added.
    4.Rubber fabricate mechanism are used in scrape panel, mud can be totally scraped.
    5.Simple structure, convenient installation and application, steel drum concentrator can be supplied integrally.

    Product Principle

    The Scraper and Concentrator is driven by a central transmission device to rotate the drive shaft, scraper arm, etc. The scraper on the scraper arm gradually scrapes the sludge from the edge of the sink to the sludge pit in the center of the sink, and then discharges it out of the sink through the sludge discharge pipe. The scraper arm is fixed with stirring bars, which agitate the sludge during rotation, causing water and gas to overflow, providing a sedimentation space for flocculent sludge, accelerating the settling of the sludge, and improving the thickening effect.
