    Sanshine Rotary Rake Tooth Grid Machine is a specialized water treatment device that continuously and automatically intercepts and removes impurities of various shapes from fluids. It is one of the most advanced solid-liquid separation devices currently available. It can be widely used in urban wastewater treatment, the water supply industry, and power plant inlets. It can also serve as a pre-screening device in wastewater treatment processes for industries such as sewage treatment, food processing, paper-making, and leather manufacturing.
    The biggest advantages of this equipment are its high degree of automation, high separation efficiency, low power consumption, no noise, and good corrosion resistance.
    Due to its rational structural design, the machine possesses a strong self-cleaning ability during operation, preventing clogging and minimizing daily maintenance.

     

    Product Principle

    The rake teeth are arranged in a certain order through a combination of the rake tooth shaft and sprockets to form a closed chain of rake teeth. The transmission device drives the sprockets on both sides to rotate clockwise from bottom to top on the water-facing side. The effective gap of the bar screen is the spacing between the rake teeth, thus creating a space for flow and separation. Due to the special structure and shape of the rake teeth, when the rake teeth carry debris to the top of the bar screen and run in the opposite direction, the debris falls off by its own weight. A relative self-cleaning motion is generated between the front and rear rows of rake teeth. At the same time, a set of rotating brushes can be added to clean the debris from each row of rake teeth passing through here. This completes one cleaning cycle.
