    Sanshine Rotary Drum Machine is used to salvage and remove floating objects and sediments at the water intake of the water source, and discharge the screen residue after squeezing and dehydration. It is applicable to water intakes for urban water supply and drainage, industrial water supply and drainage and other aspects to intercept dirt in water bodies.

     

    Product Principle

    Rotary drum machine is a device that integrates the functions of a fine screen sewage cleaner, a spiral conveyor for screen residue and a spiral press for screen residue. The screen plates are made into a drum-shaped screen basket according to the screen gap. The water to be treated flows into the front of the screen basket, passes through the screen for filtration and then flows towards the outlet of the pool The screen residue is intercepted on the screen surface. When the water level difference between the inside and outside of the screen reaches a certain value, the rotating rake installed on the central axis rotates to clean the dirt. When the cleaning rake gathers the dirt to the top position of the screen basket (at 12 o'clock), the residue starts to be discharged (the screen residue that can fall by its own weight is discharged into the screen residue trough). Then it rotates backward by 150 °. The screen residue adhering to the rake teeth is automatically scraped off by the cleaning rake plate at the top of the screen basket and discharged into the screen residue trough. The screen residue is lifted by the screw conveyor at the bottom of the trough, transported to the upper pressing section for pressing and dehydration, and then transported outwards. The solid content of the screen residue can reach 35% - 45% DS.
