    Sanshine reverse-rake rainwater grating machine is a device that can continuously and automatically remove solid suspended substances in liquids It is applied to the water inlets of sewage treatment plants and pumping stations, as well as the front end of grit chambers,to intercept sundries such as crop roots, urban household waste, tree branches and aquatic plants in water bodies, so as to protect the normal operation of water pumps and reduce the treatment load of subsequent processes in sewage treatment. The rainwater grating sewage cleaner has a simple structure, good rigidity, stable operation, no operational failures, simple operation and maintenance good cleaning effect, high efficiency, low energy consumption and a long service life.

     

    Product Principle

    Sanshine reverse-rake rainwater grating consists of a frame, a drive and variable speed system, transmission guide wheels, support wheels, a closed rotary traction chain that rotates around them, rakes and grating bars. Driven by the motor and after being decelerated by the reducer, the sprocket and the chain are driven to move. The sewage cleaning rake fixed on the rotary chain moves to the bottom at the back of the grating, flips to the position on the upstream side in front of the grating after passing through the guide wheel continues to move and inserts into the gaps of the fixed grating bars to move upward, lifts the sewage intercepted in front of the grating out of the water surface, and automatically flips at the slag discharge port along with the movement of the chain. The sewage is then automatically unloaded into the conveyor or slag bucket behind the grating, thus completing the sewage removal process, The liquid flows through the gaps of the grating bars. The whole working state operates in a continuous cycle.
    Since the rake is designed as a double-tooth rake with an included angle between the two teth, when one tooth inserts into the gap of the grating bar for cleaning, the other tooth forms an encircling situation with it to surround the solid debris, preventing it from slipping away resulting in high cleaning efficiency

     

    Product Application

    As a substitute product, it is generally used as intermediate or rough grates.The grate can bypass the supporting point above water and revolve out of water surface, so convenient in maintenance and inspection.
    The equipment can also be applied in the hydraulic engineering for blockading and catching the drifts.
