    Sanshine Internal Inlet Microfiltration Machines adopt the pore filtration process with a pore size of 15-20 micrometers, which is called microfiltration. Micropore filtration is a mechanical filtration method. It is applicable to separating the tiny suspended substances (pulp fibers) existing in liquids to the greatest extent to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation. It is widely used in the filtration of sewage from papermaking, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical engineering, food and other industries. It is especially suitable for the treatment of papermaking white water to achieve the goals of closed circulation and repeated use.

     

    Product Principle

    This machine is applicable to the solid-liquid separation of industrial wastewater and can remove dirt with suspended particles larger than 0.2 mm. The sewage enters the buffer tank through the inlet. The special buffer tank enables the sewage to enter the inner mesh cylinder gently and evenly. The inner mesh cylinder discharges the intercepted substances through the rotating blades, and the filtered water is discharged through the gaps of the mesh cylinder.

    4. It can work continuously in a fully automatic manner without the need for special personnel to supervise. The concentration of the recovered fibers can reach over 12% at most.
    5. By replacing the filter screens with different mesh sizes, it can be used instead of thickeners and rotary screen dewatering machines.
