Product Introduction

The internal inflow mesh plate grating machine is an efficient fine grating sewage treatment equipment that combines sewage interception and removal into one. It is applicable to large, medium and small pumping stations as fine gratings to intercept and remove floating objects in water, such as weeds, paper scraps, cigarette butts, melon seeds,fibers, hair, etc. This equipment has a high dirt capture rate and can ensure the effective implementation of subsequent treatment processes.

Product Principle

The punched mesh plate of the internal inflow mesh plate grating machine is installed parallel to the direction of water flow and equipped with a garbage lifting device fixed on the mesh plate. All the sewage enters from the middle of the equipment and is discharged from both sides, so the garbage cannot overflow to the rear of the grating.
The driving sprocket is fixed on the driving shaft. As the driving shaft rotates, the driving sprocket drives the mesh plates fixed on the chains to operate in a continuous cycle. When the driving shaft is driven to work through the hollow shaft gearbox and the motor, it drives the chains on both sides of the filter screen to keep rotating. The dirt retained within its length range is extracted upward along with the rotation of the filter screen from bottom to top. When it reaches the upper part, most of the dirt falls off relying on gravity through the turning function of the sprocket, and a small amount of dirt is completely removed under the flushing of the overhead flushing device. The slag and water are discharged into the slag collection tank between the mesh plates on both sides and then flow out of the machine by gravity

10. The automatic control can be realized by timing and the difference of liquid level.
