    Sanshine Integrated Further Sludge Dehydrator is an independently developed device by Sanshine, combining sludge flocculation, concentration, dewatering, modification, and deep dewatering into one system. The equipment mainly consists of a spiral sludge dewatering machine, a sludge modification and mixing device, and a belt-type sludge deep dewatering machine. It can directly process liquid sludge with a moisture content of 95%–99% to a moisture content of 55%–70%. This one-stop process achieves sludge reduction, stabilization, and harmless treatment.

    Our Integrated Further Sludge Dehydrator is widely used in industries such as municipal sewage, papermaking wastewater, chemical wastewater, and food processing wastewater.

     

    Product Principle

    Sludge is pumped to the sludge inlet by a sludge pump. After the flow rate is adjusted by a metering tank, the sludge is transported to the flocculation mixing tank. The prepared flocculant solution is added to the flocculation mixing tank at the same time according to the corresponding ratio by a dosing pump. The mixture is thoroughly stirred by a mixer to form ideal flocs, which are then sent into the main body of the screw press. The flocs are concentrated by gravity in the thickening section. The concentrated sludge is pushed forward along the screw shaft. The gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring in the dewatering section becomes narrower. Further pressure dewatering is achieved by adjusting the back pressure plate located at the discharge outlet. The filtrate is discharged from the filter gap and returned to the raw water tank.

    The dewatered sludge cake is discharged from the sludge outlet and quantitatively transported to the mixing reactor via a converging screw. Simultaneously, a sludge skeleton agent and accelerator are quantitatively added to the mixing reactor. Mechanical stirring ensures thorough reaction and mixing of the sludge with the skeleton agent and accelerator, altering the surface molecular structure of the microorganisms in the sludge. This leads to the complete release of adsorbed water that is difficult to separate from the sludge surface and cellular water within the sludge, thereby improving the sludge's dewatering performance. The modified sludge is quantitatively transported to the sludge distributor above the dense phase belt deep dewatering machine. Under mechanical operation, the sludge forms uniformly sized clumps distributed on the filter belt at the sludge inlet of the dense phase belt deep dewatering machine. Driven by the motor, the upper and lower tensioned filter belts carry the sludge through the low-pressure zone, medium-pressure zone, high-pressure zone, and ultra-high-pressure zone in sequence. The water in the sludge is gradually squeezed out and discharged through the filtrate collection tank set in the corresponding area. The sludge cake is separated from the filter cloth surface by the scraper at the end of the equipment.
