    Product Application

    Municipal sewage petro-efining,leateher making,printing and dyeing paper making coalification, coalification dressing,biochemical pharmacystel pickling and chemical sugar, food processing etc.Meanwhile, the effect is more obvious for fruit juicing and traditional Chinese medicine liquid dewatering.

     

    Product Principle

    Step 1: The primary dewatered sludge (approximately 80% moisture content) and sludge modifier are rapidly and uniformly mixed in a sludge modification mixer. The modifier alters the sludge particle structure, increasing granulation and porosity, thus improving subsequent dewatering efficiency.
    Step 2: The modified sludge is fed into a High-pressure Belt Press Dewatering Machine, where it is dewatered under high pressure and two-dimensional pressing. The resulting sludge cake is only 5-10mm thin flakes, with the moisture content reduced to 55%-70%.
    Step 3: After dewatering, the sludge contains more fine particles, water is removed, porosity is reduced, and the sludge has a loose, fluffy appearance, facilitating subsequent processing.
