    Sanshine external inflow microfitration machine is a kind of equipment that can continuously and effectively screen out solid suspended substances in water. It is mainly applied in the pretreatment of sewage or in industrial screening processes. In some sewage treatment, the screened sewage can remove 30% to 60% of organic or inorganic suspended solids, greatly reducing the treatment load of the subsequent processes.

     

    Product Principle

    Sewage (or other raw water) flows through the drum surface at the front part of the cleaning screen drum and into the rotating drum, and then flows out from the lower part. The suspended substances in the sewage are retained on the rotating drum surface. The retained dirt is sent from the water inlet end to the discharge end on the other side along with the rotation of the drum surface, and then is scraped off by the discharge scraper. When there is a phenomenon that the debris in the sewage blocks the drum surface of the cleaning screen drum, control the backwashing device or other high-pressure flushing water pumps to clean the drum surface of the screen drum.
