Product Features
1. Steplessly adjustable motor drive allows for easy speed adjustment and strong adaptability.
2. Specially designed rinsing nozzles and anti-clogging device ensure thorough cleaning of the filter belt.
3. The dewatering head uses a T-shaped drainage trough for rapid water outflow.
4. The gravity dewatering section is inclined, increasing the static water head of the sludge, enhancing dewatering efficiency, and ensuring the sludge is fully thickened before pressing.

Sanshine Belt Filter Press is mainly used for dewatering residual sludge or mixed sludge from urban sewage biochemical treatment, reducing its volume to facilitate further treatment such as landfilling and incineration. It is applicable to sludge dewatering in various industries such as water supply, drainage, papermaking, casting, leather, textile, chemical, and food.
Product Principle
Sanshine Belt Filter Press uses a series of rollers and drums to tension the upper and lower filter belts. Under the shear force of the filter belts, the free water in the sludge sandwiched in between is continuously squeezed out, thus completing the sludge-water separation process. The dewatering process is generally divided into three stages: gravity dewatering section, wedge pre-pressing section, and medium and high shear dewatering section.
