    Sanshine Fully Automatic Polymer Preparation & Dosing Machine is an equipment which can feed and dissolve dry chemical powder, and then produce chemical liquid automatically and continuously. The poymer dosing systemis generaly made from SS304 and the chemical dosing equipment poymer feed system from SS316 or HDPE for low pH and special chemicals.

     

    Product Application

    The Polymer Preparation & Dosing Machine is safe, convenient, reliable and has a wide range of applications. It is especially suitable for papermaking industry, industrial wastewater treatment and municipal wastewater treatment plants, waterworks and Industries requiring the use of flocculant solution.

     

    Product Principle

    1. The chemical dosing system is controlled by an electrical control panel and can operate automatically or manually. In automatic mode, when the solution level is low and the rotary sensor of the powder detection device detects that the hopper is full, the inlet solenoid valve is activated, and the powder feeding system begins operation. The powder undergoes cyclone pre-mixing before entering the first mixing tank.

    2. The additive dosing system tank is divided into three compartments: a mixing tank, a maturation tank, and a service tank. Each compartment is equipped with an independent mixing device to ensure complete dissolution of the chemical powder.

    3.The agitator of the powder dosing system operates continuously to ensure that the polymer dosing forms a homogeneous solution before delivery. The chemical dosing or polymer pumping system is easily connected to the chemical dosing unit and has a special idling protection device. The polymer dosing system can provide a continuous supply of finished solutions.
