    Product Principle

    1. Manual Dosing and Parameter Setting
    The operator adds the reagent to the dissolving tank according to the specified ratio and manually stirs and mixes it. Simultaneously, according to process requirements, the operator sets operating parameters such as dosage and dosing interval on the control panel.
    2. Automatic Quantitative Dosing
    After startup, the device's built-in control system automatically drives the dosing pump to precisely extract the reagent and quantitatively add it to the system's dosing points based on preset parameters. No continuous manual intervention is required during operation.
    3. Monitoring and Manual Intervention
    The device monitors the liquid level in real time. When the reagent level falls below the safe level, it automatically shuts down and issues an alarm, prompting the operator to replenish the reagent. Furthermore, the operator can manually adjust the dosing frequency or stroke at any time based on changes in water quality and quantity, achieving flexible control.
